his is a memorable hike from Vilaflor, the highest village in Spain to the Paisaje Lunar or Lunar Landscape, one of the landscape highlights of the island. The route climbs steeply from the village passing terracing and pine forests on it's way to this popular destination. After visiting the Lunar Landscape a circular route is then followed in the hills through pine forests, passing rock formations before the route returns on the outward path back to the village. The walk is all on good paths and forestry tracks that present few problems to the walker.
